Capital Gain Deferment Investment Fund

New investment vehicle for the oldest asset class: real estate.

The Hybrid Fund allows investors to convert their tax liability into an investment opportunity. Investors can transfer capital gains, from any investment type, for equity ownership of the Hybrid Fund, LLC and its assets.

The investment can be withdrawn or transferred to another fund, but a 10-year investment term is required to receive full tax benefits.
